I was born and raised on the island of Maui.

I graduated with a B.A. in International Relations from Linfield University in 2014

I taught in Japan on the JET Program from 2014-2017 and then with the Kurashiki City Board of Education from 2017-22

I am currently a Masters Candidate in the International Education Management program at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies
